The WGHR Thematic Factsheets summarise the key findings in the Joint Stakeholders Reports for India’s 1st (2008) and 2nd (2012) Universal Periodic Reviews in a two-page easy-to-read format. The factsheets also cover the National Legal Framework, Issues and Impacts, Challenges to Implementation by thematic issue and provide recommendations. 

Monitoring Tool for Tracking Implementation of UPR Recommendations (2012)

The Matrix of Recommendations developed by WGHR provides a template for a thorough analysis of the monitoring of UPR recommendations received. The matrix features columns for possible interlinkages between the recommendations in question and other UN processes and standards as well as columns for the relevant government body responsible for implementation.
